Please note that you are responsible for the return postage unless an item is faulty or damaged.

Please Note: If in the unfortunate event your item is faulty please contact our friendly customer service team at support@lessthan10pounds.com within 7 days who will be happy to advise you how to return the item to us and issue you with an RMA number and pre paid label. Please note we can not accept any faulty item returned without an RMA number. Please be aware that the RMA and pre paid label are only for the faulty item that you are returning, should you enclose further non faulty items in the package you will be liable for the return postage. Any item returned to us as faulty without an RMA number will not be eligible for a return postage refund.
