UNDELIVERED PARCELS

Please be advised that if an order’s tracking information states delivered or signed for but has not been received, we must be notified by email (sales@lessthan10pounds.com) within 10 calendar days of the stated delivery date in order to raise an investigation and subsequent claim. After this time we are not able to guarantee any outcome or claim for a missing parcel. We cannot declare a parcel lost in these circumstances until an investigation has been completed by the courier company and forwarded to us.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

Most of our couriers will make more than one attempt to deliver your parcel before marking the parcel as undeliverable. Once your parcel is marked as undeliverable, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once we received your undeliverable parcel we will then contact you for further instructions. We will hold the parcel for 14 days before issuing a refund for the purchased items. If you wish the parcel to be resent, please note that the postage will need to be repaid.
