Returns Policy

We sincerely hope that you will absolutely love everything you buy from us but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order using the downloadable returns form below. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage unless an item is faulty or damaged.

Please Note: If in the unfortunate event your item is faulty please contact our friendly customer service team at support@lessthan10pounds.com who will be happy to advise you how to return the item to us and issue you with an RMA number and pre paid label. Please note we can not accept any faulty item returned without an RMA number. Please be aware that the RMA and pre paid label are only for the faulty item that you are returning, should you enclose further non faulty items in the package you will be liable for the return postage. Any item returned to us as faulty without an RMA number will not be eligible for a return postage refund.

We suggest you obtain a receipt from the post office as the item remains your property until it is received back at our warehouse. All items must be unworn, in a resaleable condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing. We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we can return the item to you at your own cost. Please note that should you refuse to pay for an item to be returned we reserve the right to dispose of it within 28 days. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.

If you return any item, which takes the value of your order below our free delivery threshold, we may deduct the original delivery charge from the amount refunded to you - this means that your refund may be reduced by the amount of the original delivery charge you would have had to pay if your order had been below our free delivery threshold. We will not deduct any amount from your refund if the refund is due to our error or if the returned item is faulty or damaged.

We will refund you within 21 days. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty. If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective or not the ordered product we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage, however if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded. We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
