It is important to us that you are pleased with all our products. If there is any reason why you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, you can simply return it to us within 14 days from receipt providing it is unused and in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all labels attached and you can supply the despatch note as your proof of purchase. If after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable wear in reasonable time - due to either defective workmanship or materials, we will credit the purchase price to your account. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As the product(s) your responsibility until it reaches us, please make sure that you send the product(s) using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We will refund return delivery charges only if product(s) are faulty, damaged or mispresented.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund in full including all taxes and original delivery charges if the goods you purchased from us to be unsuitable, faulty, damaged or not what you expected.
All delivery charges are automatically calculated by the system based on the total weight of the items ordered at checkout.
The more you order the less you will pay for delivery per item.
You will be receiving e-mails from our delivery company regarding your tracking information and estimated time of arrival.
