The cost of your order will be the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered from time to time, including any variations in the rate of tax. In the unlikely event of this happening you will be notified and requested to reconfirm your order at the altered price.
We are entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part if a product price is or has been stated incorrectly on the website.
Reward Points is LessThan10Pounds's customer loyalty program, which is available if you have an Account with us. Details on how our Rewards Points Program works can be found here.
If you have an account with us you can earn Reward Points on the monetary value of every purchase excluding shipping you make. The number of Reward Points earned will be calculated based on the each item price paid by you. If you cancel your order, Reward Points cannot be earned on that purchase and any Reward Points already awarded will be removed from your points balance.
Reward Points have no cash value and may not be assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash. If you return an item that you have purchased using Reward Points and receive a refund for that item, those Reward Points will be recredited to you. You will not receive a cash refund in respect of those Reward Points.
Your Reward Points will expire one (1) year from the date that your last Reward Points were issued to you, provided that we have given you reasonable notice reminding you that your Reward Points will expire if not used.
Your Reward Points will expire upon closure of your Account for any reason.
Placing an Order
Orders are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to availability. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to us to buy a product.
You may cancel a contract and receive a refund any time within 14 days after receipt of products by informing us in writing and returning the products to us.
We are entitled to refuse any order made by you for any reason.
When placing an order you undertake that all details provided by you ordering goods or services are true and accurate. That you are an authorised person of the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make your order and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

UK Standard Delivery
We aim to meet the following timescales but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard delivery orders within three (3) – four (4) working days.
Whilst we will try to deliver products to you as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within delivery time estimates stated above.
International Delivery Services
Additional taxes, duty or fees may apply according to local legislation. Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we don’t have any control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
Some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. It is your responsibility to determine whether there are any restrictions of our products to your selected destination. Please contact your local customs office for assistance regarding these matters to avoid any disappointment.
Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but unfortunately this is out of our control.
When you inform us in writing, we will start our missing parcel procedure if your order fails to arrive within 14 days (UK only) and 28 days (International) of despatch. We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that the non-arrival of the parcel belongs to us then a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to place the original order. Investigations with Royal Mail can take around 30 days. Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that we consider to be insecure. If this is the case our customer service team will contact you and ask you to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders
